February 18-20, 2017 in Springfield, OR
This is a fun-filled event, aimed at teams looking for great atmosphere and competition. There are CEVA Head Officials for every match all three days (that's right coaches, you don't have to R-1 all weekend). There are also special prizes for teams showing patriotic spirit. The Bob Keefer Center for Sports & Recreation (formerly known as Willamalane Regional Sports Center) will be the tournament center and Springfield High School will also host matches. This event created for 14s and 16s teams will be capped at 48 teams per division.
Registration for the 2017 tournament will open on Monday, December 12 at 9:00 am. Registration will be open until the event reaches capacity. When you register, you will receive an automated e-mail confirming the information you submitted. You will then receive a second, personalized e-mail from a CEVA staff member, confirming your place either in the tournament or on the wait list.

The first two days (Saturday & Sunday) are wave play. AM wave will start at 8:00 am PT, and PM wave will start at 3:00 pm PT. The last day (Monday) will be bracket play, with the AM wave starting at 8:00 AM PT and the PM wave starting at 1:30 pm PT. We will announce a more precise schedule as the event gets closer. The tournament will be run on AES, and there will be no paper postings of schedules or pool sheets at the facilities.
Teams will be seeded based on their current Power League standings within their respective regions. Non-PL teams will be seeded based on results of tournaments they've participated in. On occasion, seeds will be slightly adjusted to prevent teams from the same club matching up in the same pools.

Doors for PM Waves on Saturday & Sunday open at 2:15 pm PT.
Doors for PM Wave on Monday open at 12:45 pm PT.

It's going to be a busy weekend and parking is limited, so please carpool (it saves mother-earth and parking spaces). There will be an hour break between the AM and PM waves and we ask teams playing in the AM to depart in a timely manner. We also ask PM teams not to arrive early, since parking will be easier to come by after the AM teams leave.
Rules of Facility:
See our Facilities page for complete facility rules and information.
