Registration opens on October 1 at 9:00 AM online. These tournaments generally fill quickly. Clubs must be active to register.
TENTATIVE LOCATIONS
We anticipate using Olympus Sports Center (Hillsboro) and NPJ Sports Complex (Salem) on all four days.
Note – tournaments will have separate registrations based on their location.
UNIFORMS
We understand clubs may not have their uniforms by the time this event happens. That’s okay. Basic requirements – whatever you wear must have numbers, and the libero jersey must contrast.
SCHEDULE / FORMAT
Full schedules will be posted on the Thursday prior to each weekend. Our goal is to ensure each team has four guaranteed matches.
ROSTERS
Each team must present a physical paper copy of their SportsEngine Governing Season roster to the tournament director on site. No digital rosters or pictures of rosters will be permitted. An example of a legal roster can be found here.
PURPLE CARD
The Purple Card Policy will be in effect at this event. Please read about the policy on our website and educate your club about the policy.
ENTRY FEES
Per team entry fee – $175.00. Entry fees are paid through our online registration system once teams have a place in the event, and will include a 3% processing fee. Registration opens October 1, 2025 @ 9:00 AM.
REFUNDS
Prior to 11/19/2025 at 3:00 PM – full refund less a $50 cancellation fee. After 11/19/2025 at 3:00 PM – no refund of any kind, for any reason. Credit card processing fees paid during registration are always non-refundable – for all events, in all circumstances.
