Age Groups & Playing Dates

16s & 18s boys will both play on February 7.

Payment Schedule & Cancellation Policy

Payments are only accepted from teams who qualify for the event based on their Power League rankings. All qualified teams, regardless of if they participate in the Bid Tournament, are responsible for paying the entry fee. Payments are not accepted from teams who do not qualify for the Bid Tournament. Payments are not accepted prior to January 31.

Registration for this event closes at 3:00 PM on January 31, 2026.

By registering for this event, you confirm you have read and understand the policies & information outlined on this page. Registrations are accepted only via AES and are not accepted by phone, e-mail, or other means.

This is a USAV-sanctioned tournament. All participants must be fully eligible USAV members. Age waivered players are not eligible to participate in this event.

Anticipated Capacities

8 teams per division.

Available Bids

CEVA anticipates having one American bid available in each of the 16s and 18s divisions. Teams who earn a bid at this event must accept it.

Schedule Release Date

Schedules will be released on AES by 3:00 PM on the Thursday prior to the tournament. Please continue to check AES after schedules are released in case anything changes.

Rosters

All teams must present a legal copy of their SportsEngine “Season Management” roster to the official on their court prior to their first match on Saturday. Teams are not required to upload a roster to AES. An example of a legal roster is found here.

Uniforms

All uniforms must meet USAV rule book policies.

Advanced Event Systems (AES)

The CEVA office does not have access to the individual AES accounts of clubs. It is your responsibility to understand how to access AES and how to register for events. The CEVA office also does not control the technical capabilities of the AES system.
