Understanding What Taking A National Bid Means

Teams who participate in the Bid Tournament and earn a bid must accept it. We encourage clubs and families to understand what this means in terms of season length, costs, etc.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payments are only accepted from teams who qualify for the event based on their Power League rankings. All qualified teams, regardless of if they participate in the Bid Tournament, are responsible for paying the entry fee. Payments are not accepted from teams who do not qualify for the Bid Tournament. Any cancellations must happen in writing.

Registration for this event closes at 3:00 PM on January 15, 2027

By registering for this event, you confirm you have read and understand the policies & information outlined on this page.  Registrations are accepted only via SportWrench and are not accepted by phone, e-mail, or other means. 

This is a USAV-sanctioned tournament.  All participants must be fully eligible USAV members. Age waivered players may not participate.

Schedule Release Date

Schedules will be released in the week of the event.

Uniforms

All uniforms must have numbers on the front and back, and liberos must have a contrasting uniform. Uniforms must meet USAV rule book standards. Teams should not wear glitter or any materials that may get on equipment or the floor.

SportWrench

SportWrench is the official indoor event management platform of CEVA. It is used for registrations and scheduling of all indoor events in the region. All registration and payments are done via SportWrench. CEVA does not have access to a club’s individual SportWrench account. Clubs are responsible for their own account management, registrations, and SportWrench use.

Purple Card Policy

The CEVA Purple Card Policy is in effect at all CEVA-owned tournaments.
