A USA Volleyball Sanctioned Event

Age Groups & Playing Dates

• April 25-26, 2026 – 16s Girls, 18s Girls, Open Girls
• May 2-3, 2026 – 12s Girls, 14s Girls, 16s Boys, 18s Boys

All teams will play on both days of the tournament and will play at least five matches.

Payment Schedule

Payments are not accepted until teams have mathematically qualified for the tournament, and will not be accepted until after registration closes (February 28).

Wave Schedule

Specific wave assignments will be announced after registration opens. AM waves will start at 8:00 AM each day. PM waves will start at 3:00 PM on Saturday, and 1:00 PM on Sunday.

Cancellation Policy

• Between 2/28/2026 at 3:00 PM and 3/27/2026 at 3:00 PM, teams who have qualified for the tournament that cancel their registration are responsible for 50% of their team entry fee.
• After 3/27/2026 at 3:00 PM, teams who have qualified for the tournament that cancel their registration are responsible for 100% of their team entry fee.

Registration & Acceptance

By registering for this event, you confirm you have read and understand the policies & information outlined on this page.  Registrations are accepted only via AES and are not accepted by phone, e-mail, or other means.  This is a USAV-sanctioned tournament.  All participants must be fully eligible USAV members.

Acceptance in this event is based on Power League rankings. Clubs must also have no outstanding invoices due and must meet other requirements communicated by CEVA.

Waitlists

Teams who do not qualify for the tournament based on their Power League ranking will be placed on a waitlist. The waitlist is populated in the following order:

• Group 1 – teams who registered by the deadline who didn’t qualify based on their Power League ranking
• Group 2 – teams who registered by the deadline, but who did not participate in Power League.
• Group 3 – teams who failed to register by the deadline, but participated in Power League.
• Group 4 – teams who failed to register by the deadline and who did not participate in Power League.

Non-CEVA teams are not accepted in this event.

• 14s Girls – 168 teams
• 16s Girls – 144 teams
• 18s Girls – 56 teams
• Open Girls – 32 teams
• 16s Boys – 8 teams
• 18s Boys – 8 teams

Schedule Release Date

Schedules will be released on AES by 3:00 PM on the Tuesday prior to the tournament. Please continue to check AES after schedules are released in case anything changes.

Rosters

All teams must present a legal copy of their SportsEngine “Season Management” roster to the official on their court prior to their first match on Saturday. Teams are not required to upload a roster to AES. An example of a legal roster is found here.

Uniforms

All uniforms must meet USAV rule book policies.

Advanced Event Systems (AES)

The CEVA office does not have access to the individual AES accounts of clubs.  It is your responsibility to understand how to access AES and how to register for events.  The CEVA office also does not control the technical capabilities of the AES system.

Purple Card Policy

The CEVA Purple Card Policy is in effect at all CEVA-owned tournaments.
