14s & 16s Girls.
All teams will play on both dates.

Projected Format

Saturday: The AM wave will start at 8:00 AM – all 14s teams will play in this wave. The PM wave will start at 3:00 PM – all 16s teams will play in this wave.
Sunday: The AM wave will start at 8:00 AM – all 14s teams will play in this wave. The PM wave will start between 10:00-12:00 – all 16s teams will play in this wave.

Note – format is subject to change, with or without notice, due to team numbers, court availability, or other factors.

Cancellation Policy

Prior to 2/20/2027 at 3:00 PM, teams who cancel will receive a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee. After 2/20/2027 at 3:00 PM, teams who cancel will receive no refund of any kind, for any reason. Credit card processing fees are always non-refundable.

Registration & Acceptance

By registering for this event, you confirm you have read and understand the policies & information outlined on this page.  Registrations are accepted only via SportWrench and are not accepted by phone, e-mail, or other means. 

This is a USAV-sanctioned tournament.  All participants must be fully eligible USAV members.

Registration will remain open until approximately two weeks prior to the tournament date.  Teams who register after a division fills or after the deadline will be placed on a waiting list. 

Acceptance in this event is based on the timestamp of your registration. When teams register, they are not permitted to pay unless they fit within the capacity of the tournament. When teams are permitted to pay, they have 48 hours to do so. If they do, they will be accepted into the tournament. If they do not, they will be placed at the bottom of the waiting list.

Schedule Release Date

Schedules will be released on SportWrench by 3:00 PM on the Thursday prior to the tournament. Please continue to check SportWrench after schedules are released in case anything changes.

Uniforms

All uniforms must meet USAV rule book policies.

SportWrench

SportWrench is the official indoor event management platform of CEVA. It is used for registrations and scheduling of all indoor events in the region. All registration and payments are done via SportWrench. CEVA does not have access to a club’s individual SportWrench account. Clubs are responsible for their own account management, registrations, and SportWrench use.

Purple Card Policy

The CEVA Purple Card Policy is in effect at all CEVA-owned tournaments.
