Each facility has its own rules. Not knowing facility policies is not an excuse to break them.
Violations of the Food & Drink policies can lead to penalties for teams (even if parents or fans are the violators).
Specific facility policies are subject to change without notice and some policies may not be listed on this site. It is the responsibility of teams and individuals to learn, know, and adhere to the policies in place at a facility.
Do not contact facilities for tournament information, such as schedules. Please contact the CEVA office.
CEVA does not collect lost & found from facilities.
Do not bring any alcohol, tobacco, knives, or weapons or any kind to CEVA events. (This includes concealed carry weapons, even with a legal permit.)
Please avoid wearing or bringing anything with glitter – it gets on floors and in between court tiles and is very hard to clean.

Players and spectators are not allowed to use the weight room, pool, or any other YMCA facilities without purchasing a day pass. Day passes can be purchased at the front desk.

Concessions are available.
Team camping is not allowed. Camp in designated areas outside.
No pets (all properly registered and identified service pets are allowed).

Foul or abusive language will not be tolerated. YMCA staff reserves the right to remove, or have removed, any person(s) due to abusive conduct or a non-cooperative attitude.
Keep all vehicles off any grass surfaces (other than emergency or field maintenance vehicles) and do not park on curbs. Handicapped parking is available at the side doors of the complex.
YMCA is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items.

Teams may rent team spaces in the upstairs of the facility – please visit https://www.sideline.social to rent your team space. These rented spaces are the only area outside food is allowed and are intended for use by the athletes, coaches and team chaperone. Spaces range from $65-$85 per day.
No outside food is allowed anywhere else in the facility.
Any drinks on the courts MUST be in a sealed container that you can hold upside down without spilling and must be in-hand. ONLY water is allowed on the courts. Drinks found unattended will be discarded.
Outside chairs are NOT allowed. Bleacher Seat Cushions are acceptable. Bleachers and chairs are available. No outside tables, BBQs, or appliances allowed. No propane tanks allowed in the parking lot. No glass containers permitted.
No tents are permitted in the parking lots.
Shaken Knot Stirred Cafe is now open. No outside food is allowed in the café. Items purchased in the cafe must be consumed in the cafe area. Athletes that purchase from the café may bring food to their cooler table space if team has rented a space.

Chewing gum is prohibited within the facility.
Anyone exhibiting signs of being under the influence of a controlled substance will be reported to Salem Police.
Small “tailgate” setups are allowed outside as long as they do not interfere with the event, parking, neighboring businesses, and other local activities. Do not set up in front of our waste containers.
Trash must be cleaned and picked up prior to the event being closed. Any trash in the parking lot will result in a fine to the participating team/coaches. You must bring your own trash bags and discard them in our container in the back of the building.
Do not use the emergency exit. Alarms will sound and the fire department will arrive.
If the setups become a nuisance, we will ask it to be taken down or removed.
If any players/teams violate our policy, we will prohibit the program from further participating in any events at our facilities.
