Entry Fees

Per team entry fee – $175.00.  Entry fees are paid through our online registration system once teams have a place in the event, and will include a 3% processing fee. 

Uniforms

We understand clubs may not have their uniforms by the time this event happens.  That’s okay.  Basic requirements – whatever you wear must have numbers, and the libero jersey must contrast.  

Refunds

Prior to 11/19/2025 at 3:00 PM – full refund less a $50 cancellation fee.  After 11/19/2025 at 3:00 PM – no refund of any kind, for any reason.  Credit card processing fees paid during registration are always non-refundable – for all events, in all circumstances.

Schedule & Format

Full schedules will be posted on the Thursday prior to each weekend.  Our goal is to ensure each team has four guaranteed matches.

Rosters

Each team must present a physical paper copy of their SportsEngine Governing Season roster to the tournament director on site.  No digital rosters or pictures of rosters will be permitted.  An example of a legal roster can be found here. These rosters are printed from your SportsEngine HQ.

Purple Card

The Purple Card Policy will be in effect at this event for all attendees. Please ensure your club’s participants are educated about this policy and it’s impacts.
