BJNC Bid Tournament

The CEVA Boys Regional Championships will also serve as the region’s USAV BJNC Bid Tournament. Teams will not be required to accept a bid should the earn one, but are highly encouraged to consider attendance at the USAV Boys National Championships in Anaheim, CA in June 2027.

All age groups will play on February 27.

Payment Schedule & Cancellation Policy

Every effort will be made to accommodate all teams who register for the event, regardless of Power League standings. However, results from participation in CEVA-hosted and USAV-sanctioned events will be considered for seeding purposes.

All payments must be made through SportWrench. Check payments are not accepted. Credit card fees are always non-refundable.

Teams who cancel their participation prior to 3:00 PM on January 27 will receive a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee. Teams who cancel after 3:00 PM on January 27 will receive no refund of any kind, for any reason. All cancellations must be made in writing to the CEVA office.

Registration & Acceptance

By registering for this event, you confirm you have read and understand the policies & information outlined on this page.  Registrations are accepted only via SportWrench and are not accepted by phone, e-mail, or other means. 

This is a USAV-sanctioned tournament.  All participants must be fully eligible USAV members. If an age-waivered player participates in the event, their team is not eligible to accept a USAV bid.

Schedule Release Date

Schedules will be released on SportWrench by 3:00 PM on the Thursday prior to the tournament. Please continue to check SportWrench after schedules are released in case anything changes.

Rosters

All teams must present a legal copy of their SportsEngine “Season Management” roster to the official on their court prior to their first match. Teams are not required to upload a roster to SportWrench. An example of a legal roster is found here.

Uniforms

All uniforms must meet USAV rule book policies.

Advanced Event Systems (AES)

The CEVA office does not have access to the individual SportWrench accounts of clubs.  It is your responsibility to understand how to access SportWrench and how to register for events.  The CEVA office also does not control the technical capabilities of the SportWrench system.

Purple Card Policy

The CEVA Purple Card Policy is in effect at all CEVA-owned tournaments.
