CEVA Seeking Coordinator of Marketing & Brand Identity
BEAVERTON, OR (8/3/2026) – The Columbia Empire Volleyball Association (CEVA), the USA Volleyball region serving Oregon and Southwest Washington, is seeking a creative, organized, and enthusiastic Coordinator of Marketing & Brand Identity to help tell the story of volleyball throughout our region.
This contractor position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, building brands through social media, and showcasing the people, events, and experiences that make volleyball special. Working alongside the CEVA staff, the successful candidate will play an important role in increasing the visibility of regional programs while helping strengthen connections with members, clubs, officials, coaches, and the broader volleyball community.
Position Overview
The Coordinator of Marketing & Brand Identity will support CEVA’s marketing and communications efforts by:
- Creating content for social media, email newsletters, promotional materials, and website updates.
- Maintaining a consistent visual identity and brand voice across all communication platforms.
- Developing marketing schedules in collaboration with CEVA staff.
- Monitoring engagement and marketing performance.
- Capturing photos, videos, and testimonials from CEVA programs and events.
- Assisting with graphic design projects, including tournament branding and promotional materials.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone who is passionate about storytelling and digital media, with demonstrated experience creating engaging content—especially for Instagram and TikTok. Strong communication skills, creativity, collaboration, and organization are essential.
Experience with photography, video editing, and graphic design is preferred, as is a willingness to work alongside a fun, dedicated team committed to growing the sport of volleyball throughout our region.
Schedule & Work Environment
This is a 1099 independent contractor position that typically requires approximately five hours per week, in addition to occasional weekend and evening attendance at CEVA events. Most work is performed remotely, with periodic in-person meetings and event coverage throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington.
