Strong Performances at JNCs

BEAVERTON, OR (7/10/2025) – Four CEVA teams reached their respective divisions’ Gold brackets at the USAV Junior National Championships, and 35 total teams represented the region this year at USA Volleyball’s highly-acclaimed national championship events.

ATHENAVB 17-1 Gold brought home a second-place finish in the Girls’ 17 American division in Dallas.  Chaos Boys 18-1 National also finished second in the 18s American Division at the Boys’ Junior National Championships in Minneapolis.  Two other girls’ teams – OJVA 14-1 Gold and Aspire NW 17-1 Empire – also both finished in the Gold brackets in their divisions.

A total of 12 teams finished in the top half of their divisions, and the region’s teams overall won 47% of their matches. 

CEVA’s 2025-2026 club season begins on August 5 with the club activation process opening for all interested clubs.  CEVA had over 110 active clubs in the 2024-2025 season.  Junior membership will be available beginning on September 2.

Tryouts & signing for players can begin on October 4.  Tryouts & signing for 14 & under girls may begin on November 9, and on November 16 for 15 & older girls.
